Turkey Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 2 cups Salsa (I Use Pace, But Any Chunky Salsa Will Do)
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Garbonzo Beans (Chickpeas) With The Water From The Can
  • 3 Tablespoons Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Powdered Mustard
  • 1/4 cups Cheese (any Kind You Like)

Directions

    In a deep skillet or large pan, brown the turkey.

    Once browned, drain any grease.
  3. 3
    Return to pan with heat on low.
  4. 4
    Add all remaining ingredients, except the cheese, to the pan and stir until evenly mixed.

    Cover pan with lid and let it set on low for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Remove from the heat, then add the cheese.

    Give a little stir and serve!

    We like this meal with a side of mandarins or a small green salad.
