  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 2 c. leftover turkey, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 c. turkey or chicken broth
  • 2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee Roller Coasters
  • 1 pkg.(10 oz.) frozen corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    In a 6-quart saucepan, saute onions, pepper, celery slices and turkey in butter.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well; cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
