Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper, diced
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 to 2 tsp. ground sage (optional)
  • 3 tsp. low sodium instant beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash table blend seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Molly McButter
  • 1 egg white, slightly beaten
  • 6 single crackers, crumbled

Directions

    Place oil in skillet and saute onion and bell pepper until tender and lightly brown.

    Place in bowl and mix together with remaining ingredients.

    Shape into 4 steak patties and cook on grill until done or place steaks in Pam sprayed pan.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake at 375° until done.

    May need to turn steaks over once. When steaks are almost done, uncover so steaks will brown.
