Ingredients
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 green pepper (in strips)
- 3 celery stalks (cut on slant)
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 oz. drained mushrooms
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. cooked turkey-cut up
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine.

2Add green pepper, celery, 1 cup chicken broth, soy sauce, mushrooms, salt, and pepper.

3Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 5-7 minutes (may be cooked longer if you prefer vegetables to be soft).

4Add turkey (chicken may be used) and broth and cornstarch mixture.

5Stir well and cook until thickened.

6Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
