- 1 c. celery, cut into 1-inch strips
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. broth or 1 c. water with chicken bouillon cube
- 2 c. cubed leftover turkey

1Brown celery and onion in

4flour and curry. Stir. Add milk and broth.

5Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add turkey. Cook another 10 minutes. Serve over rice with usual curry condiments.

6Serves 4 to 6. Great for leftover turkey. Can be frozen.
