- 1 pkg. skinless turkey cutlets
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. dry vermouth or dry sherry
Directions

1Combine ingredients and pour over cutlets.

2Marinate at least 1 hour.

3Saute cutlets about 3 minutes each side or microwave about 2 minutes on each side on High roast.

4Serve with rice.
