  • 1 pkg. skinless turkey cutlets
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. dry vermouth or dry sherry

Directions

    Combine ingredients and pour over cutlets.

    Marinate at least 1 hour.

    Saute cutlets about 3 minutes each side or microwave about 2 minutes on each side on High roast.

    Serve with rice.
