Turkey Divan

- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk, whipped
- salt and pepper
- fresh broccoli, cooked
- 12 slices turkey breast (or use leftover meat)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In saucepan, melt margarine and blend in flour.

2Gradually add chicken stock and cook, stirring, until thick and smooth.

3Then cook over low heat, stirring frequently 10 minutes.

4Fold in whipped evaporated milk (see below) and season with salt and pepper to taste.

5Arrange broccoli and turkey slices in a broiler proof pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

6Cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

7Put under preheated broiler until brown and bubbly.

8Yields 6 servings.
