- 10 c. chopped turkey (takes about a 10 lb. roasted turkey)
- 12 c. bread cubes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- pepper to taste
- 8 c. turkey gravy
Directions

1Melt butter; add onion and celery and fry until tender.

2Mix in seasonings.

3Add bread cubes and toss until well mixed.

4Layer bread and turkey in roast pan and top with gravy.

5Bake for 1 hour at 300°.
