- fat
- drippings
- milk or water
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Pour drippings from roasting pan into large measuring cup. Place 4 tablespoons fat from drippings into roasting pan.

2Spoon any remaining fat from drippings.

3To drippings, add enough liquid to make 4 cupfuls.

4Blend flour into fat in roasting pan and stir and heat to brown.

5Gradually add liquid, stirring to blend.
-
6Stir and heat to make a smooth gravy.

7Add finely chopped cooked giblets, if desired.

8Season with salt and pepper.

9Bring to a boil.
-
10Stir and cook 5 to 10 minutes.

11Yield:
