- 3 lb. turkey necks, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. chicken broth or water
- 1 c. onions, diced
- 2 c. okra
- 2 c. tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 c. rice
- salt to taste
- parsley sprigs, chopped
Directions

1Cut turkey necks up and flour lightly.

2Saute in butter until brown.

3Combine turkey and broth and simmer covered for 40 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except parsley.

4Simmer for 20 minutes more.

5Add more broth if desired and sprinkle with parsley.

6Serves 2 to 4.
