- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. turkey broth or chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper and garlic powder to taste
- 2 c. cooked turkey, cut up
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- potatoes
Directions

1In a 5 quart saucepan, saute onions and celery in margarine 2 to 3 minutes over medium-high heat until tender.

2Add broth, potatoes, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.

4Once mixture starts to simmer, cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

5Stir in turkey.

6In a bowl, gradually add milk to cornstarch.

7Stir into soup.

8Cook on medium heat until soup thickens.
