- 2 slices bacon
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped cooked potato
- 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. crushed rich round crackers
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1In skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain.

2Crumble bacon; set aside.

3In skillet, cook ground turkey and onion until meat is browned.

4Drain off fat.

5In bowl, combine turkey mixture, potato, evaporated milk, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, sage, 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.

6Turn mixture into a 1-quart casserole.
