  • 1 1/2 c. coarsely ground, cooked turkey
  • 1 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. snipped (finely) parsley
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. crushed saltines
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, stir turkey, potato, evaporated milk, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sage and pepper.
