- 1 pkg. Premium fresh lean ground turkey
- 6 wide lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 4 to 8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Spray bottom of large skillet with nonstick vegetable spray.

3Crumble ground turkey into pan; add onion.

4Cook and stir over medium-high heat, 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is lightly browned.

5Stir in spaghetti sauce.

6Cook over low heat 15 minutes.

7Reserve 1 cup meat sauce.
