  • 1 pkg. Premium fresh lean ground turkey
  • 6 wide lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 4 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 4 to 8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Spray bottom of large skillet with nonstick vegetable spray.

    Crumble ground turkey into pan; add onion.

    Cook and stir over medium-high heat, 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey is lightly browned.

    Stir in spaghetti sauce.

    Cook over low heat 15 minutes.

    Reserve 1 cup meat sauce.
