Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine celery, onions, mushrooms, shallots, parsley and poultry seasoning.

    Saute in bouillon for 5 minutes.

    Combine with the remaining ingredients and shape into a loaf.

    Place in a 1 1/2-quart loaf pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
