  • 3/4 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 lb. uncooked turkey breast, sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, salt and pepper; mix well.

    Dip turkey in egg, then in crumbs, coating both sides.

    Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.

    Cook turkey for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and juices run clear.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
