- 3/4 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lb. uncooked turkey breast, sliced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, salt and pepper; mix well.

2Dip turkey in egg, then in crumbs, coating both sides.

3Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.

4Cook turkey for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and juices run clear.

5Makes 6 to 8 servings.
