  • 1 lb extra lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chipotle pepper spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup mixed chopped vegetables including onion, celery and carrot or 1/2 small chopped onion, 1 chopped celery stalk, and 1 large chopped carrot

    2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

    3. Spray a large muffin tin with olive oil.

    4. Form 6 big balls and plop them into the muffin tin. Gently pat them down.

    5. Bake in the oven for 30 - 35 minutes.

    6. Let cool, eat, enjoy, and store the remaining in the refrigerator or freezer.
