- 1 lb extra lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chipotle pepper spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 cup mixed chopped vegetables including onion, celery and carrot or 1/2 small chopped onion, 1 chopped celery stalk, and 1 large chopped carrot
