- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. (4 oz.) each: Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pkg. tortillas
Directions

1Crumble turkey into 2-quart casserole.

2Add onion and microwave for 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

3Stir after 3 minutes.

4Combine soup, milk and salsa.

5Add to cooked meat and microwave for 4 minutes.

6Add 1/2 cup of each cheese and microwave an additional 2 minutes.

7Stir in sour cream.

8Spoon onto tortillas; sprinkle with remaining cheese and fold tortillas. Serves 4.
