Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 10 oz. ground turkey
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. canned, crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 c. tomato sauce
- 6 oz. orzo pasta
- 1 1/2 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
- parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet; crumble turkey about 5 minutes.

2Stir in onion, garlic, thyme, pepper, oregano and cinnamon.

3Saute until onion is softened.

4Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce; bring to boil.

5Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

6Cook orzo in water al dente (according to package directions); drain. Stir orzo into turkey mixture and heat through.

7Top with cheese; cover and cook just until cheese is softened.

8Garnish with parsley, if desired.
