- 2 teaspoons Canola Oil
- 2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 cups Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cups Chopped Red Bell Pepper
- 2 cups Chopped Cooked Turkey
- 7- 1/2 ounces, fluid Pizza Sauce
- 24 ounces, weight Store Bought Pizza Dough
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.

3Add mushrooms, green and red peppers and cook for about 8 minutes or until mushrooms are golden and peppers are tender crisp.

4Set pan aside to cool.

5In a bowl, stir together the cooked turkey and pizza sauce; set aside.

6On a lightly floured work surface, cut dough into 4 equal parts.

7Roll each piece into about a 6- to 8-inch (15 to 22 cm) circle.

8Divide turkey mixture evenly onto one half of each of the dough pieces.

9Top each with a fourth of the vegetable mixture and then sprinkle with cheese.

10Fold the empty half of the dough over the top of the fillings and press edges to seal together.

11Place panzarotti onto a large parchment paper lined baking sheet.

12Bake in preheated 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
