  • 1 glass chardonnay
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 lb. skinless, chicken or turkey breast
  • 1 Sage leaf
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tbl. olive oil
  • mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can tomatoe paste
  • 1/2 c. water

    saute vegetables in oil, set aside

    saute poultry in drippings

    add water, tomatoe paste

    mix well, add to vegetables
