- flour
- salt
- pepper
- 4 oz. butter
- 4 oz. olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut into thin slices
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 1/3 c. canned consomme or chicken broth
Directions

1Sprinkle fresh turkey with flour, salt and pepper.
