  • 8 slices fresh turkey (about 1/4-inch thick)
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 oz. butter
  • 4 oz. olive oil
  • 1 lemon, cut into thin slices
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3 c. white wine
  • 1/3 c. canned consomme or chicken broth

Directions

    Sprinkle fresh turkey with flour, salt and pepper.

    Brown the turkey lightly in the butter and olive oil.
