  • 2 tbsp oil or turkey fat
  • 1 c chopped onions
  • 1 c diced & steamed carrots
  • 2-1/2 c diced turkey meat
  • 1-1/2 c turkey gravy
  • 1 c cooked and diced potatoes - sweet potatoes work best!
  • 2-3 sprigs dried thyme
  • 2-3 tsp dried tarragon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet Pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed
