  • 4.5 oz red pepper tapenade
  • 8 None flour tortillas
  • 8.75 oz aged cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
  • 14 oz roast turkey, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

    Spread red pepper tapenade over 4 tortillas. Top with 1/2 the cheese, turkey, spinach and remaining cheese. Season then top with remaining tortillas.

    Brush tortillas with oil and cook in a heated, oiled nonstick frying pan, until lightly browned and crisp.
