  • 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 4 (4 oz) cans green chilies (drained)
  • 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach (cooked and drained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
  • 12 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Directions

    Cook the turkey in a pan until done. Combine the cooked turkey with the chilies, spinach, soup and cheese; mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over the tortillas and roll each one up. Use toothpick to secure. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
