Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 3/4 c. diced onions
  • 1/3 c. diced bell pepper
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 heaping tsp. Molly McButter or 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Natural Blend salt free seasoning for chicken/fish
  • 1 tsp. ground sage
  • dash of black pepper
  • 10 single fat free crackers, crumbled

Directions

    Mix in order given and place in Pam sprayed loaf pan.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven 50 to 60 minutes or until done.

    Serve with sweet peas, baked potatoes, green beans, coleslaw and rolls. Makes 4 to 5 servings meat loaf.
