- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 3/4 c. diced onions
- 1/3 c. diced bell pepper
- 1 egg white
- 2 heaping tsp. Molly McButter or 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Natural Blend salt free seasoning for chicken/fish
- 1 tsp. ground sage
- dash of black pepper
- 10 single fat free crackers, crumbled
Directions

1Mix in order given and place in Pam sprayed loaf pan.

2Bake in preheated 350° oven 50 to 60 minutes or until done.

3Serve with sweet peas, baked potatoes, green beans, coleslaw and rolls. Makes 4 to 5 servings meat loaf.
