- 1 lb. turkey, cut into 1-inch cubes or chicken
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 c. frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
- 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 4 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Cook turkey and garlic in margarine over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2Stir in vegetables.

3Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are heated, stirring occasionally.

4Add cheese; stir until cheese is melted.

5Serve over rice.
