- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1/2 small red onion, minced
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 8 whole wheat dinner rolls, cut in half
- 4 leaves lettuce, halved
- 2 tomatoes, cut into 4 slices
- 1 avocado, sliced
Directions

1whisk together the egg white, onion, cilanto, cumin, and salt in a medium bowl. add the turkey and mix just until blended. shape into 8 burgers.

2heat a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. cook the burgers, turning once, for 6 minutes or until well browned.

3place the bottoms of 2 dinner rolls on 4 plates. top with 1 piece of lettuce and 1 tomato slice. place 1 burger on each and top with the avocado and the top of the roll.
