- turkey bones and pieces from leftover turkey
- 2 whole carrots
- 2 lengths celery
- salt to taste
- dash of parsley
- water
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 container chicken soup starter
- 1/2 to 1 c. rice
- 1 pkg. noodles
Directions

1Simmer turkey bones and pieces in water with carrots, celery, salt and parsley for 2 hours.

2Drain, saving broth in refrigerator until fat can be removed.

3Clean turkey meat from bones.

4In kettle, put broth, turkey, diced celery, diced cooked carrots, diced onions and soup starter.

5Simmer until onions and celery are done.

6Add rice or noodles.

7Amount will vary depending on amount of broth.

8Simmer until done.
