Ingredients
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. chopped turkey
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 c. diced raw potatoes
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 c. turkey broth
- 2 1/2 c. cream style corn
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1On top of stove, melt butter over low heat.

2Add turkey and onion, cook until onion is well blended and slightly thick.

3Add the potatoes, celery and broth.

4Simmer until vegetables are tender.

5Add corn, milk and seasonings.

6Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

7Season to taste with additional salt and pepper. Serve hot.

8Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers, hard rolls, or toast.
