- 1 turkey breast
- 1 qt. milk
- 8 eggs
- salt and pepper
- flour
- bread crumbs
- deep fat
- onion rings
Directions

1Parboil a turkey of 25 to 26 pounds until fairly done.

2Lift out breast and cut steaks as from a beef tenderloin.

3Dip steaks in a batter made of milk, eggs, salt and pepper.

4Dredge in flour, then dunk back into batter and finish off with bread crumbs.

5Fry in fat (350°) until golden brown.

6Serve with onion rings made in the same way.
