  • 1/4 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 pounds turkey tenderloin, cut into cubes
  • 8 large green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Add turkey; seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Remove turkey from marinade; reserve marinade. Place marinade in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

    Preheat broiler.

    Thread turkey and onions alternately onto 4 (8-inch) skewers. Broil 3 minutes on each side or until turkey is done, basting with marinade.
