Turkey Trizza

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 2 c. cut up leftover turkey
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper

    Mix water and yeast until yeast is dissolved.

    Add Bisquick and knead until smooth, about 20 times.

    Place dough in rectangle (15 x 11-inch) pan.

    Pinch edge of dough to form edge about 1/2-inch high.

    Melt butter in skillet and saute green pepper. Stir in cans of soup and add turkey.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Pour onto crust.

    Top with Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake in 425° oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly. Onion, broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus and a number of other toppings can be added if desired.
