- 2 large gloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless turkey breasts
- 12 large mushrooms
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 large lemon, cut in wedges
- 2 small zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2In blender, combine garlic, mustard, lemon juice and oil.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Cut turkey into 1 1/2-inch cubes. Place in bowl with mustard mixture for about 10 minutes.
