- 1 pkg. turkey necks
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. ground rosemary
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can corn
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 qt. water
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can green beans
- 2 c. sliced carrots
Directions

1Simmer turkey necks, onion, celery, salt, pepper, rosemary and bay leaves in water for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

2Remove necks.

3Cool. Strip meat from the bones.

4Reserve turkey meat.

5Spoon off fat. Bring broth to a boil.

6Add bouillon cubes, carrots and rice. Cook 10 to 12 minutes.

7Add beans and corn.

8Now add everything together and cook for 10 to 20 minutes, until vegetables and rice are tender.
