- 8 envelopes gelatine
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Blend together 8 envelopes unflavored gelatin and 2 c. sugar in 2 1/2 quart saucepan.

2Stir in water and salt.

3Place over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Let simmer 20 mins, stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat and stir in orange juice concentrate.

5Chill, stirring constantly until thickened.

6Stir in nuts.

7Line an 8 inch square pan with waxed paper.

8Turn mixture into pan and chill until firm.

9Unmold on board dusted with confectioners sugar.

10Cut candy into squares and roll in sugar.

11Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
