Directions

1Fill glass jar to 1/2 inch from the brim with turnips and water, to which salt has been added.

2Screw top of jar down hard, then make a slight turn back.

3Mixture will start working in 3 to 4 days.

4Keep in a cool place 6 weeks before using.
