  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 14 oz. caramel candy squares
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

    Mix cake as directed on box.

    Pour half of mixture into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
