- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 small onion, chopped up
- 1/4 c. parsley leaves
- 1 (15 to 19 oz.) can white kidney beans, drained
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
Directions

1In food processor, process garlic, onion and parsley until finely chopped.

2Add beans, lemon juice, pepper and salt.

3Process until smooth.

4Stir in pimentos.

5Refrigerate if not serving immediately.
