  • 4 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small zucchini, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, divided
  • 4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)
