- butter
- 3/4 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of cayenne pepper

1Butter one side of bread.

2Cut in about 1-inch cubes.

3Place bread evenly in well-greased

6Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper; pour over bread mixture.

8Bake, covered, in a preheated 325° oven for about 1 hour or until egg mixture is set.
