Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 lb. potatoes
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. canned milk or enough until right consistency

Directions

    Peel and slice potatoes.

    Cook until soft.

    Drain and mash potatoes.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a baking dish. Dot with butter.
