Twice Baked Potatoes

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • bacon bits
  • chives
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Microwave potatoes 10 to 15 minutes. Cut in halves and scoop out potatoes, leaving skin and 1/4-inch of potato. Spoon back into potato skins. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with bacon bits. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
