  • 3 lb. potatoes
  • 3/4 c. light cream, heated
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Directions

    Boil and mash the potatoes.

    Add the next 5 ingredients and beat well.

    Add the chives and dill.

    Add the cooked, drained spinach and beat well again.

    Put in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 400° for about 20 minutes.
