- 3/4 c. light cream, heated
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Directions

1Boil and mash the potatoes.

2Add the next 5 ingredients and beat well.

3Add the chives and dill.

4Add the cooked, drained spinach and beat well again.

5Put in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 400° for about 20 minutes.
