- 3 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Romano Cheese
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.

3Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat.

4Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.

5Stir in flour; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.

6Gradually whisk in milk; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.

7or until thickened.

8Add cheeses, pepper and paprika; cook and stir until cheddar is melted.

9Drain pasta.

10Add to cheese mixture; mix lightly.

11Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
