- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°. Lightly spray 12-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place 2 quarts of water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni. Boil until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well. Shred Cheddar.
