  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)

    Preheat the oven to 350°. Lightly spray 12-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place 2 quarts of water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni. Boil until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well. Shred Cheddar.
