  • 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 17 oz. can creamed corn
  • 17 oz. can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
