Two Crust Blueberry Pie

  • 2 c. blueberries
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Wash and drain berries and sift flour over them, mixing carefully, until each berry is lightly coated.

    Stir the sugar well into the first and pour into a pie lined with pastry.

    Dot with margarine.

    Cover with an upper crust.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°, then about 40 or 45 minutes at 300° until golden brown.
