Two-Crust Pumpkin Pie

- 3 c. sliced fresh pumpkin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 (9-inch) pie crusts
- butter (small amount)
Directions

1Sprinkle flour on bottom of pie crust in plate.

2Mix brown sugar, molasses, cinnamon and water.

3Put pumpkin in crust. Spread sugar and molasses mixture on top of pumpkin and dot with small amount of butter.

4Cover with top crust.

5Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 375° and continue to bake 20 minutes more.
