  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar (1 1/2 c. is plenty)
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • No. 2 can crushed pineapple
  • 20 oz. juice
  • 1 c. nuts

    Mix together. Pour in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing while warm.
